MaIn event 8: 250 B
Race action was hotter than the Florida sand in the A and B classes this weekend. As 250 B launched Tucker Maxwell worked his way into first place, where he would stay until lap 4. After coming from tenth on lap one, Austin Forkner steamrolled his way from fourth to first in a lap
and never looked back. Max Markolf undoubtably put in an amazing charge towards the win, knocking the lead down
to a mere 0.48 at one point eventually remaining in second place until the checkers flew. Rounding out the podium would be none other than earlier College (16-24) main event winner Brandon Hartranft in third. “It feels really good I got two
titles at Mill Creek and I got all podium finishes and a title at Daytona. I’m really happy about that. I was really happy to finish how I have there were some fast ass kids in that class and I’m trying to make a statement for myself this year. I wanted to win it all but it was definitely a great weekend!
