Hey, ho, let’s go! The Blitzkrieg Bop playing tune to Roczen’s beginning sequences, a third place start set up a strong foundation for the race that lay ahead. After crossing the finish line and taking the green flag, Ken preceded to rail around the outside of Justin Bogle, capturing second, just behind RD5. Ripping tearoff after tearoff, the roost of the KTM was pepper spraying the vision of the RCH rider, and bulleting his chest; he would never falter despite the damaging circumstances, stalk-
ing Dungey for next few laps.
Wheel after wheel was shown, every chance he was allowed to run in on Ryan, he did. The effort was extremely persistent and very admirable, but would be just a tad bit short of the ultimate goal. A second place is nice in any sense, but for Ken, it’s what keeps him striving for the top week after week.
