>> Bisceglia is a name that any regular fan of motocross has heard time and time again. Matt Bisceglia is a regular on the professional scene and his Dad, Don, remained a regular name throughout
the week of racing at the 2017 JS7 Freestone Spring Champion- ship. He was referred to by the commentators as ‘The Terminator’ throughout the week of racing due to his never-say-die attitude and his ability to put on a charge from start to finish. Bisceglia did ex- actly that in the Vet (35+) class and the Senior (45+) class, finishing second and first, respectively. The #96 KTM rider found himself in the lead on the exit of the first corner in both motos as he dominat- ed the rough track with his veteran experience, finding the smooth lines as he carried his momentum throughout the course better than his competitors. He was able to set the fastest lap in both Senior (45+) motos as he reeled off consistent times from start to finish. Bisceglia was most impressive in the the penultimate race of the event when the track was at it’s roughest, setting a fast time that was almost seven seconds better than the second placed rider. He commented on the podium that it was a “real man’s track” out there and he undoubtedly proved himself as the man to beat in the Senior (45+) class as he took the number one plate in dominant fashion.
