Man Undergoes Surgery After Reportedly Pooping Out Of Penis And Ejaculating FromBumFor Two Years

A man had to seek medical attention after he ejaculated a “sub- stantial amount” of semen from his bum and passed fecal matter through his penis.
The 33-year-old man had suffered from a series of peculiar medical issues for two years, including faecal matter in his urine (fecaluria) and passing a 'sub- stantial amount' of urine and semen from his anus, IFL Science reported.
He eventually sought help after experiencing pain in his testicles for almost a week.
According to a paper published in the medical journal Cureus, tests showed that he had a urinary tract infection as
well as a problem with his rectal wall.
A CT scan showed that he had a 'gas-filled structure', with further tests con- firmed the pres- ence of a fistula, or abnormal pas- sageway,
between the ure- thra and rectum, through which the various fluids and solids had been passing.
This was sorted with surgery, but the medical team continued to check for other errors.

The man also denied having suffered any kind of rectal trauma or penetration, or having undergone any abdominal surgeries in the past.
Eventually, it was discovered that he had, however, been in a three- week coma fol- lowing cocaine an d phencyclidine (PCP) intoxica- tion. It was about the same time that he began noticing the bizarre symp- toms.
It was also during this time that he was fitted with a Foley catheter, which doctors believed was the root cause of the injury.
