Business Owner Forces Would-be Burglars To Strip At Gunpoint, Deputies Say
By Adrienne Cutway
ORLANDO, Fla. - An Orlando business owner is accused of holding two would-be burglars at gunpoint while beating them and forcing them to strip, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The encounter began when two men, 28-year- old Michael Eller and 27- year-old Jose Gonzalez, broke a window Sunday morning at a bike shop on North Orange Blossom Trail and climbed inside, deputies said. What the men did- n't know was that busi- ness owner Robert Antley, 26, had spent the night at his store because he'd had break- ins in the past.
Antley, armed with a gun, confronted the two men and forced them to strip down to their under- wear, deputies said. Antley recorded with his cellphone as he jabbed the men with his gun and threatened to kill them as they stood facing a wall, according to the arrest affidavit.
Eller and Gonzalez were held for about an hour until Antley's brother, 24- year-old Joshua Antley, arrived for work with his girlfriend, 23-year-old Kathryn Pelliccio, and joined Robert in threat- ening and beating the two men for about anoth- er hour, authorities said.
The intruders told deputies that while they were being "tortured and beaten," the Antley
brothers examined their cellphones and took away their personal belongings.
Deputies said Eller and Gonzalez both suffered injuries to their faces and complained of being in physical pain. They admitted to breaking into the business and Eller said he wanted to press charges, according to the arrest affidavit.
All five suspects were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail.
Gonzalez and Eller are charged with third- degree burglary. Robert Antley, Joshua Antley and Pelliccio all face felony kidnapping and assault charges.

Toledo, Ohio (CNN)Donald Trump, trailing his opponent in key battleground states polls less than two weeks from Election Day, said Thursday he'd like to "cancel the elec- tion" and be declared the winner.
"Just thinking to myself right now, we should just cancel the election and just give it to Trump," the Republican presidential nominee said during a rally here on Thursday.
"Her policies are so bad. Boy, do we have a big difference," he added of his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
The apparently light- hearted comment falls against the backdrop of Trump's repeated and serious questioning of
the legitimacy of the presidential election in recent weeks as he has tumbled in the polls.
Trump has called the election "rigged," argued that the media and establishment politicians are conspiring to sink his campaign and warned supporters that the presidency could be stolen from them due to voter fraud -- instances of which are extremely rare.
Trump is trailing Clinton in national tracking polls and in key battleground states, and its unclear how Trump can amass the Electoral College votes needed to win the presidency if polls hold where they are through Election Day.
Trump's comments about the election also came as he mocked Clinton as "low energy" for the second time in
as many days, even polling the crowd to ask them if they think Clinton or his GOP pri- mary foil Jeb Bush is more "low energy."
"Who is more low ener- gy, Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton?" Trump asked the crowd, re-upping a question he said Fox News host Bill O'Reilly asked him earlier in an interview airing Thursday evening.
"Hillary!" replied most of the crowd.
Trump had repeatedly mocked Bush, the very early favorite to win the GOP presidential nomi- nation, as "low energy" during the primary con- test and has repeatedly argued that Clinton does not have the "strength or stamina" to serve as president. On Thursday, he referred to her as "very low ener- gy."
