MiTek is a category winner for the 10th year running and GM Building Supply Channel Tony Castledine describes this year’s award as “extremely significant and somewhat surprising” given the difficulties and restrictions that have hampered supply.
“We were humbled to even be nominated after what
has been a challenging period for suppliers and merchant customers,” says Tony who paid special tribute on the night to MiTek’s manufacturing and distribution staff who have worked tirelessly under very difficult circumstances.
“We will now re-set and focus on delivering the very best service we can under what are likely to remain frustrating times ahead. But we can learn from the past year’s experience knowing we are doing some things well while continually assessing how to do better.”
