“Of course, it is very satisfying when you hear Sika named as a winner,” comments Tony Smith, Business Manager – Distribution, “but it is also very humbling, especially when the competition are great companies too.
“We would like to thank our customers for putting their trust in us and allowing us to be their supplier. We know it’s a privilege and we never take this for granted.”
Looking forward, Tony says it’s clear that we are in an industry that still has significant challenges to face over the next 6-12 months, “so it is important we continue to focus on the issues that matter to ensure our customers can succeed. After all, that is what we are here for.
“At Sika, everybody knows that, regardless of what part of the business you work in, the customer must come first.”
