Nick Olson has been appointed as an Independent Director of ITM following
a director search conducted by SEQEL Partners. With a background in debt capital markets and leveraged finance, Nick’s
CV includes senior finance roles at Todd Group, where he was Group CFO for six years. Previously, Nick was CFO for some of New Zealand’s most substantial and complex businesses including Transpower (acting), Telecom, and Fletcher Building. In 2012 Nick was awarded CFO of the Year (New Zealand).

Leader for Easy Access Co and Business Development Manager New Zealand for OX Tools Global, is now a Sales Consultant at Floorex Timber Flooring. He returns
to the role after “an 11-year holiday” from sales.
Cale Robertson has been promoted to the role of General Manager at Riviera Prenail, having been the new operation’s Group Trade Sales Manager for the last seven months and Trade Manager from 2018 before that. Cale has a banking
and construction background and was a Senior Project Manager for Numat 2016- 2018 where he was responsible for North Island projects. Prior to that he was AWF’s Auckland Trades Operations Manager 2014-2016.
Andrea Scown, Mitre 10 NZ’s CEO, is joining Summerset Group Holdings as a future director to
its Board of
Directors. Andrea
joins Summerset under the Institute of Directors’ Future Directors programme which aims to develop New Zealand’s next generation of directors and provide experience in large companies around the
 PHIL ASHBY HAS been announced as National Sales Manager at CreditWorks Data Solutions. Phil comes to the role armed with almost 30 years in credit insurance, insurance and banking and spent the last 19 years as General Manager New Zealand of National Credit Insurance (Brokers).
Rusty Brooke has joined Chris Fairbairn at Mitre 10 MEGA Manukau in a senior leadership role. Rusty
was previously Branch Manager at PlaceMakers Pukekohe and has a background in printing.
Hayden Camp is Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton’s new CEO and takes on the role vacated by his mentor, the late Clifford Buchler. We hear that over 60 applications were considered before Hayden was chosen to take on the role full-time, having been Interim CEO for the last six months. Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton’s Store Manager
since 2017, Hayden was formerly with The Warehouse 2004-2014 in HR and store management roles.
Scott Church is now General Manager at Fox & Gunn, having joined the company in March from Eagle Lighting, where he was New Zealand Country Manager. Prior to this, Scott was with Fletcher company Humes as National Sales Manager 2017- 2019, before which he was Pink Batts’ National Sales Manager 2016-2017 and Humes’ North Island Sales Manager from 2014-2016 before that.
Dean Farquhar has joined South Pacific Timber as Account Manager and comes to the role with experience gained as Trade Account Manager with Grove Mitre 10 from 2019 to September this year. Prior to this, Dean was Auckland Install Manager for Carters from 2017-2018, Service Development Manager for Winstone Wallboards 2015-2017 and Special Steels Operations Manager at Easysteel, for a little over 5 years.

Seith Harrison, ITM’s GM Ops of the
last six years, has been announced as the incoming FTMA NZ Chair and succeeds Akirana’s Dan Howe. Trained as a chartered accountant, Seith was with PlaceMakers and the Fletcher Building group.
