CAMA integrates with Biscount Software
BISCOUNT HAS A new
integration with CAMA Products, making the business day run smoother for OPE Dealers in New Zealand when ordering and receiving stock or updating pricing for CAMA Products within their system.
According to Steve Fairbrother, Marketing & Sales Manager for Biscount, this new CAMA functionality has been well received by existing customers
and is certainly another step in the right direction, further increasing dealers’ productivity and saving time.
Previous Biscount integrations with both Briggs & Stratton and Husqvarna made it clear that the benefits of such integrations are significant, especially during a dealer’s already busy day.
So, when several of the dealers using Biscount requested more supplier integrations, Steve was rapt to find CAMA Products were also keen to get involved.
A CAMA dealer using Biscount can order parts from the CAMA range (for special customer orders, a workshop job or purely for stock replenishing purposes) directly from Biscount and upload the order directly into the CAMA portal.
Once the order has been despatched and the PDF invoice provided to the dealer, the items ordered can be added to stock in Biscount electronically using the CAMA PDF invoice.
Stock levels and the amount owing to CAMA are updated automatically and SMS messages can be sent automatically from Biscount to any customers with parts on special order that have arrived.
Coupled with this, the CAMA price file can be installed into Biscount, allowing
for cost prices, descriptions, product barcodes and retail selling prices items to be updated all at once and in seconds.
Steve Fairbrother was also seriously impressed by the fast development time at CAMA’s end in making the new functionality available to dealers.
And, once CAMA gave the green light indicating the system was ready, Biscount quickly developed its end and the subsequent testing with CAMA was completed in record time.
CAMA is equally positive and glad to be involved with Biscount and has been impressed with the adaptability of the Biscount package and the advantages it brings to the outdoor power equipment dealer.
