Makita is another serial winner in this key category and, on Awards night, proud Managing Director Max Serikawa paid tribute to his team’s relentless efforts throughout 2020.
He also acknowledged, on behalf of Makita Corporation Japan, the tireless efforts of New Zealand healthcare and border control workers without whom an annual industry gathering on this scale would have been impossible.
Max concedes that Makita NZ may have made a slightly lower profit for its head office in a heavily disrupted trading year but “learned a lot of lessons this year,” he says, and, as a result, “Makita will be even better in 2021.”
He concluded with a big “thank-you” to all Makita customers and to those at “Team Makita NZ”.
