Sika NZ is a multiple winner in this category and Tony Smith, Business Manager for Distribution, describes the repeat success as “satisfying but also very humbling, especially when the competition are great companies, too.”
“We’re here for our customers,” stresses Tony. “Our success is about never taking anything for granted and making sure that the customer must come first, regardless of what part of the business you work in.”
As for this proud manager’s personal plans for the year ahead, Tony says he’s always followed the concept of Kaizen, “so if something needs improving, that’s a good place to start. In saying that, though, you shouldn’t forget about your strengths.”
