New store for Nelson’s DIYers and trowel tradespeople
 FOODSTUFFS NORTH ISLAND is set to install the largest array of solar panels in the country on the roof of the massive 74,886m2 ambient Distribution Centre that’s currently under construction at Landing Business Park near Auckland International Airport.
Reid Technology was awarded the
contract for the supply and installation of a 1.166MWp grid-connected solar panel system incorporating almost 3,000 solar panels covering some 6,000m2 which
will generate electricity equivalent to the power needs of 213 average Kiwi homes a year.
