 Spring
- Chan Yifan
AA in English for Professional Communication (CCCU)- year 1
I rode the train into the spring.
The scenery outside the window is fleeting, the thick winter snow gradually melting, clusters and clusters of bud head. The flowers outside the poet’s house blossomed, and the elk, smelling the rose, came into the garden, licked one petal after another, and stretched its antlers to make a mark on the poet’s letter.
I opened the window and watched the heavy rain fall on the edge of the window, the silent March wind making soft marks on my bare arms, while the mountains in the distance were still white with kisses pouring from December.
The sea reflected the light of the night, waiting for the whale-spurt that would send the string of bro- ken stars into the night and join the nebulae of the Milky Way.
Spring had not yet really appeared, but all things rushed into view.
