All of these Thumbs Up behaviors are simple but few people do them. Unfortunately, few people want to use the Good Thinking that Ollie learned to use. Consequently, he was admired.
The same can be said for being trusted. It is really quite easy. You just always do exactly what you say you are going to do, exactly the way you say you are going to do it and exactly when you say you are going to do it.
If this does not sound so easy, you are letting your Stinky Thinking cause you to fail to do what you say you are going to do. And that is Thumbs Down behavior.
Ollie the Observant paid attention and learned from the Good Thinking of others. He then made it his own Good Thinking and became both Admired and Trusted by all.
