   SHA MEETING MINUTES June 11, 2019

Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Tom Hirschey, Board Member; J C Collins, Board Member; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Mike Giroir and Sandra Lambert. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry introduced residents in attendance.
Residents discussed ways to increase membership even further. A suggestion was made to involve people from each filing to encourage other residents in their filings to vote to change the bylaws to make the dues mandatory.
