When you drive down a street of well-kept lawns and landscaping, the pride of ownership shows and sends a positive message to visitors to our neighborhood. That pride often correlates to higher home value.

SHA MEETING MINUTES — September 11, 2018 Jones Creek Library - 6222 Jones Creek Road Baton Rouge, La 70817
Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Tom Hirschey, Security; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member, Sandra Lambert, Board Member; Sandy Smith, Board Member; and Mike Giroir, Board Member
Absent: Mike Bass, Kevin McNicoll. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace.
Secretary’s Report: Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last meeting as printed in the last issue of Newswatch.
Membership Report: Mike G. – Mike reported that 12 homeowners paid their dues in August, bringing the total paid members to 369 YTD.
We had 614 paid members at this time last year. Henry is putting together plans to get a significant increase in membership. He will have a plan by the October board meeting. Sandra suggested we send every homeowner a bill in January for annual dues. A resident in attendance suggested sending e-bills and maybe have an auto-renew option. Ray made a motion that we send bills in December to all homeowners for 2019 dues. Resident suggested we amend motion
