Uncle Ed and Aunt Goldie divorced circa 1961. Aunt Goldie moved to Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana and on February 14, 1966, she married Howard Bernard Lavy (a butcher). He was 44 and Goldie was 41. Marriage application shows that she had 2 prior marriages, but I could not find anything.
Aunt Goldie died on December 11, 1966, from injuries she sustained from an accident. She fell down 13 steps and broke the occipital bone at the base of her skull that caused the brain to swell and hemorrhage. She is buried at Eastern Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
Uncle Ed married Mary J. Bernhart Campbell on November 24, 1964, in Jeffersonville. Marriage application shows that Uncle Ed had 2 prior marriages, but I could not find anything other than marriage to Aunt Goldie.
