Beautification Report – The “YARD OF THE MONTH” in Shenandoah Estates for July is 15683 Malvern Hill. They will receive a $25 gift certificate from Cleggs Nursery. Congratulations! Residents are reminded that they can nominate yards for “Yard of the Month” on the website.
Entrance Committee Report – Waiting to hear on progress from Newton Landscaping Group. Don made a motion, and Tom seconded, to authorize the President to settle with the insurance company and accept their final offer for payment of the damage claim.
Public Works – Ray Domingue – City is working on filling potholes in Shenandoah Estates Subdivision. Ray sent a letter with locations needing help.
Unfinished Business –
American Flag Project – Project is now complete. Flag Day is June 14.
New Business: The next monthly business meeting of the Shenandoah Homeowners Association Ltd. will be on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the BREC Antioch Park at 7pm
