We all have some “Scaredy Cat” quali es. We get anxious when called on to speak in public or when someone
asks for our opinion about something. Maybe we get concerned when a ending an event where we know
few others or when we get a le er marked, “For O cial Use Only.”
These are typical and “no big deal.” But what if public speaking is a requirement for a job you want and your unwillingness to open “that le er” could have serious legal consequences. Now those “scaredy cat” quali es are causing you some real problems.
Having irra onal fears about normal life situa ons and human interac ons is normal but “limi ng”. These fears will cause you to avoid doing things you really want or need to do.
