 The Shenandoah Homeowners Association has served the residents since 1972 Membership is voluntary and dues are $30 per year
Who are we?
The SHA officers and Directors are non-paid, elected Shenandoah Homeowners and volunteers.
What do we do?
• Uphold property restrictions • Landscape entrances
• Mediate disputes

Maintain infrastructure by working with DPW to repair streets, lights, etc. Provide web page and email for communication
What does it Cost You?
• $30.00 a year
• Less than 8-cents a day
What is the Value?
• Peace of mind in knowing fellow neighbors will stand with you against restriction violations that may affect you, your family and your property value.
• Having an organized body to hear grievances
• Having an organized body to approve home improvements of the neighborhood

SHA Dues do not contribute to Security Patrols. That service is paid by the SECPID
