My parents’ house is in Tara. They have recently had home invasions- knock on door usually early in morn- ing like 7-7:30 and if someone answers they say they are looking for their boss to meet up to work on a job. At the one house, the son of the homeowner drove up and they were in driveway. After conversation, the peo-
ple left. Son then realized house was broken into and electronics stolen. How did police caught the criminals? A watch the Mom had purchased for a younger son
had a GPS tracker and it started pinging the signal to her and lead police right to criminals. Last I heard, still looking for a red Nissan Altima/Sentra with major driv- er door damage in the other burglary. Tara has cameras at two main entrances but thieves avoided the cameras, as least enough so that license reader couldn’t catch the plate number- wouldn’t have mattered anyway, car had a temporary tag and those aren’t recorded or tracked-- at least that’s what law enforcement says. Also, if I am thinking of the correct Frey family, her boys should be in their 20s and are muscular/athletically built- would not be perceived as an easy target which is even more brazen. I am sure this incident will stay with your son for a long time but am thankful he wasn’t harmed phys- ically.
