He told me that they would soon be finished. The oxen said that the man always stopped at the end of the day to admire his handiwork. The younger oxen said, He always thinks that it is very impressive.
I kind of hated to admit it but I was also admiring his rows. It is pretty impressive. Then I asked the question that changed everything. "But what will grow in such a dry climate?"
Well nothing, said the older oxen. Confused, I asked the question in a different way, What is he planning to plant in these rows?" Well nothing, replied the younger oxen.
