In this second exercise, I want you to pretend that you are Jeff and I want you to succeed where Jeff failed. To succeed, you will need to change his Stinky Thinking into Good Thinking. When you have done that, you will realize how changing your thinking about something also changes your feelings and behaviors. WSQSQ
