Both of the characters in our story were unable to come away from the meeting with any advice to help the Fradicats and Lookatmes. They were too busy being too scared or too angry to learn anything.
And, because they were in such a habit of thinking that way, it never occurred to them that they might be wrong.
Tooshy never asked himself, Why am I making myself so afraid? Everyone else is having to do the same thing as me.
Hushup never said to himself, Just listen to their ideas as they may have some good ones that I can use.
If they had said those things to themselves, they would have been using Good Thinking and there might still be Fradicats and Lookatmes.
