   SHA MEETING MINUTES February 12, 2019

Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Mike Giroir, Treasurer; Ken Buturla, Board Member; J C Collins, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member; Sandra Lambert, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Tom Hirschey, and Kevin McNicoll. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry introduced guests and residents in attendance and invited anyone to present their issues to the board. A resident on Confederate complained about ongoing drainage issues behind his house caused by debris and garbage clogging the culvert. He said he has reported it to Councilman Dwight Hudson’s office. Henry will follow up.
Secretary’s Report – Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last monthly business meeting as published in the Newswatch.
