Vice President’s Report – Don Regner – Election of Board Officers. All current officers volunteered to serve in the same ca- pacity for the next year. Don asked three times if there were any other nominations from the floor for any of the officer positions. There were no nominations. Don made a motion to keep the same officers as last year, with the exception that Mike Giroir will be the permanent treasurer instead of the interim treasurer. Ray seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
Membership Report – Mike G. – Mike reported that 10 home- owners paid their dues in September, bringing the total paid members to 379 YTD. Several ideas were discussed to increase membership for 2019. We will mail bills in January to all home- owners in Shenandoah Estates, as voted on in last month’s board meeting. A membership committee was formed, includ- ing Henry, Mike, Ray, J C, Ed Craig, and Roelof Bosma. This com- mittee will present a plan at the November board meeting.
The Shenandoah Homeowners Association dues remain at $30 per year. Please send in your dues, or you can pay them via Pay- Pal on the website. (shawebwatch.com).
