years ago to replace the roof with metal material but still has not been completed. Previous investigations didn’t accomplish any solution to this issue. We will consider a card be sent to the homeowner trying to encourage completion of the roof replacement. Ken also stated that a report of a home on Shenandoah Avenue was received stating that there is a great deal of trash and junk on various parts of the property. A card has been sent out requesting cleanup prior to notifying 311 blight authorities. Mike brought up the question of which is the best process for residents to bring issues and complaints to the right people on the board. It was noted that residents should send complaints and comments to president@shawebwatch.com or call Henry, and he will get it to the right people. A resident in attendance brought up a complaint about a barking dog and asked who he should report it to. He was advised to call Animal Control but that he will be directed by them to document everything. He also mentioned that he has a project he would like to have some direction on. Ken will meet with him to advise. Two residents in attendance complained about loud neighbors late at night. They were advised that there is a city noise ordinance, and that they should call the Sheriff to report it. Ed noted that communication is very important, and that there is a form on the website that residents can fill out with any complaints, issues, and comments, and they will be sent to the appropriate board members.
