Brenda married again on March 4, 1978, David Jerome Aslan and married Norman Keith Aldridge December 21, 1986 and Divorced April 21, 1987.
Brenda was a working single parent when she decided to go back to school and get her degree. Through hard work and perseverance, she rose through the ranks to become an executive with the Prudential Insurance Company. She retired in 2005, at the age of 55. She moved to Alexandria, Virginia, and lived there until 2017 when she returned to Florida. She lives in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.
