In 1910, Jean and daughter Eva were living with Jean’s parents at 332 Indiana Avenue, in Jeff. There were 10 people living at that home when the census was taken. Marshall was a boarder, living in Elkhart, Illinois working at a hardware store
Marshall and Jean remarried on September 25, 1913, in New Albany, and they went to live in
Greenburg, Indiana.
Jeffersonville National Democrat October 13, 1913
The Jeffersonville Evening News dated November 21, 1913, states that “Miss Marshall Craig who has been seriously ill of bowel trouble at her home in Greenburg, is somewhat improved”.
Marshall and Jean separated on March 21, 1914, and Jean returned to Jeffersonville to live with her parents.
In 1914, Jean filed for divorce again and it was once again bold print news.
