                       Luxury single family home sales (>$900K) in West Tisbury
                climbed 15.8% in2018, after leaping 35.7% in the prior year.  The
                increase in sales was accompanied by declines of 21.8% and 2.7% re-
                spectively in median and average prices. At the same time, days on mar-
                ket declined sharply to 157 days.

                       The town’s luxury home sales this past year were divided evenly
                across Lambert’s Cove, South Shore, and Central areas. Sales in the
                $750K-$2.0M portion of the market, were the strongest.

                       West Tisbury’s North Shore encompasses the exclusive Upper
                and Lower Makonikey, Lambert’s Cove, Paul’s Point and Seven Gates
                Farm areas. The South Shore includes the beaches and kayaker’s paradise
                running from Homer’s Pond, to Long Pond, and Tisbury Great Pond
                which includes Tiah’s Cove and Deep Bottom Cove.

                       West Tisbury’s cultural activities and coastlines -- including the
