The Medicine Wheel is an ancient tool for learning about the Universe and the sacred mystery called life. It is about our re- lationship and connectedness to all things, inwardly and outwardly, from soul consciousness to physical life. It is an outer expression of the cycles of Creation, representing conception, birth, growth, death, rest, renewal, cycles, power, healing, balance, and all rhythms of life. As a mapping system, it helps us understand where we began, where we are, and where we are going in our life’s journey.
The human and the soul alike pass through seasons and cycles, dreaming, initiating, birthing, growing, harvesting, and dying in each experience. There is a constant evolution of the soul, the mind, the emotions, and the physical body in every breath. The medicine
