 Communities & Culture
An organisational culture is defined by how people inside the organisation interact with each other. Culture is a learned behaviour and we create our organisational culture by the actions we take. Here at Nuix we count on everyone to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration.
Global Engagement
Leadership Town Halls
Throughout the year, our leaders visit our global offices to meet with our people and answer questions. We encourage you to keep a look out for invitations to these special events and come armed with burning questions that you want to be answered.
Monthly Office Gatherings
Every month, Nuix offers a get-together hosted by the local senior leaders and organised by the local Culture Clubs. This is a great opportunity to share stories and exciting projects, meet and greet new people and celebrate coming together with your colleagues. If you have remote workers be creative and host a virtual event or make sure you can coordinate a reason to be in the office during a monthly event to provide them with an opportunity to connect with their community. During these celebrations, we also are sure to recognise Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and other significant events such as International Women's Day, Multicultural Day, etc.
Working Communities
Here at Nuix, we are committed to working together not based upon reporting lines or functions alone but collaboratively as communities to achieve a common objective. Collaboration is achieved when we utilise a process to agree collectively on where we are headed or need to achieve.
We have adopted this way of working to:
Improve the quality and scope of what we do. Customer experience.
Break down silos.
Efficiency – leveraging globality.
Provide an opportunity for people from each function to have a voice in determining what our organisation looks like, the products we develop and sell and how we achieve our growth objectives.
