Email & Calendar
We use Gmail for email and calendar scheduling.
Project Management
The Nuix Strategic Project Hub can provide coaching and templates to help you get started. Salesforce Chatter (think Facebook for work) is a great way for project teams to collaborate without relying on email. And when you’re ready to save or share documents, Google Drive is the place to do it. Smartsheet is an online platform for project management that can help you to manage your
to-do list.
Chat
We use a variety of chat and instant messaging tools, including Skype and Google Chat. You can set up your own Nuix account in the first week.
Conferencing
If you want to meet with a colleague one-on-one or with a group of fewer than five people, Skype for Business is our preferred tool. Check out our meetings page on the intranet by clicking the icon to your left, for tips on managing web conferences effectively.
