Maas Family Commons
See the story on the back cover. The $3 million, 10-residence housing goal was completed on time.
Performing Arts Center
Miller/Kelley Architects has been retained to design the
$7 million PAC. Almost $4 million of the $7 million needed has been pledged. The target for raising the remainder
is December 31st, with an assessment of
PAC fundraising scheduled for early 2004.
Endowment
Nearly $1.2 million has already been committed towards the Campaign endowment goal
of $5 million, even though the focus thus far has been on capital projects. Attention to endowment will increase in 2004.
