Chavez Joins ‘Bridge Kids’
Alejandro Chavez, Priory alumnus and grandson of civil rights
leader Cezar Chavez, met with students from the Peninsula Bridge academic outreach program in the Gambetta gymnasium. Head of School Tim Molak is chair this year of a committee of principals whose schools are involved in the program. Peninsula Bridge was founded in the early 1990s by Les DeWitt, who was at the time a member of the Woodside Priory Board of Trustees.
