The group of three buildings is
a 15,000-square-foot trio of structures
that manages a harmonious relationship with its natural environment.
One of the most innovative
and sustainable features is a “Green Roof,” a living vegetative roof over the auditorium. “The keystone element of the project, which we’re most proud
of, reflects the School’s values and curriculum – creating awareness of environmental stewardship. This project exceeds standards for green building.”
“In one bold stroke these new structures capture the commitment of the school and its parent community not just to the support of performing arts but to environmental stewardship as well. As parents and givers, you should feel proud of that commitment,” Mr. Kelley added.
Woodside Priory School’s Performing Arts auditorium will also provide much-needed meeting space for assemblies, dances, graduations, and other events.
