“We began our first school year with the invocation of the Holy Ghost in the small chapel in the monastery. With the Benedictine spirit and faith in God, the miracle began to unfold.
The first students lived in the ranch house, but a growing student body and the delay caused by lack of funds for a dormitory necessitated the erection, at the beginning of the second year, of a surplus Army barrack that houses 20 students.
