TIM Tech Tip – How to Print Label Sheets in Excel
To provide a shop with a central location for barcodes of the products they use, here is a way to create label sheets specific to the end user. These sheets can be kept in a binder near the TIM PC and used for product checkout or order creation.
Important to note:
• Download “code128.ttf” & “TIM Label Sheet Template.xls” from AlfrescoàDirect Salesà TIMàLabel SheetsàLabel Sheet Creation
• If installing “code 128.ttf” on an SGA PC you may need to contact SG Technology Services (877-295-7723) to complete this step which requires administrative rights
A. Installing barcode font & customizing label sheet
1. Browse to location of “code 128.ttf” file, right click, and select “Install”
2. Open “TIM Label Sheet Template.xls”
3. Select appropriate sheet “Body” “Paint” “Detail”, change cell B1 as needed
