Before every installation there several steps to take.

5. If possible go a day before of the install and do preparation work where the installation is going to take place. This means clean up the area were the system is going to be placed and if wall cabinets are selected for the install place the 2x4 in the wall using the level.

After installation is finished go thru each tech and ask him for the products he has open and unopened with the open product create a burn pile so tech's can use products out of it. Unopened products talk with the owner or manager if the product can be returned to their previous vendor for credit towards their account or if its an existing customer place on cabinet.
7. It's important after every install to train every shop employee on the features they are going to be using. For example every tech has to know Tech Check-out and Return. And if installed how to read the Dashboard. Owners and managers should be able to see reports and understand them.

First every account manager should do a walk through at body shop and find a place where to install the Logic system. Prepare a list of approved products by the shop owner or manager, take with you a purchasing snapshot of the last six months. And talk to the owner or manager and select a day for the install.
It's very important to stage every cabinet with product before the installation date. This will help you be in and out of the body shop.
When preparing the computer, download Google Chrome and verify computer for any updated that it might have. Download the latest Dymo label software and prepare the scanner.
Send a help ticket thru Logic to turn on the customer. After the customer is live on Logic create users for owners, managers, body carts, paint carts and detail area using Staff. Upload in to Logic products that were approve by owner or manager using Audit/Import. After all the products have been insert in to the system its highly recommended to bin locate every item in the cabinet or bin system selected for the install. Print labels and insert
