PAYMENT TERMS
Opening orders must be paid via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or pre-payment via check. Terms are available upon request and approval once your account is established.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
RETURN POLICY
Any damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the buyer.
Product you are not completely satisfied with may be returned if reported within 14 days of receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of receipt.
All backorders less than $50 or older than 90 days will automatically be canceled unless otherwise specified. All domestic orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground from Columbia, Tennessee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are accepted on pre-payment terms and ship via USPS Priority International unless otherwise specified. All customs, duties and broker fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
