Author Tina Yawn Seago writes quiet stories because her Tenne􏰀ee farmhouse is noisy. Nestled between the banks of the Duck River and the bluffs of Bear Creek, Tina shares life with a bunch of beautiful kids, their very g􏰂d papa, and plenty of pets and wildlife to fill a modern-day Noah’s ark. Tina is a longtime member of The Society of Children’s B􏰂k Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) and has won multiple awards for her pic- ture b􏰂k manuscripts, including Mr. Harvey’s Barn. She grew up in South Louisiana, where she ba􏰁led mosquitos, built palme􏰁o forts, devoured boiled crawfish, and married a boy named Mark.
