I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in
Human Resources. I also interned with Auckland Council and this
allowed me to gain practical experience in;

Onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation
and co-ordinating orientation.

Provided comprehensive administrative functions within the team
of 12 HR employees, including Payroll executive staff.
•
Managed and updated employee records, ensuring accuracy
and confidentiality.
•
Handled completion of employment contracts for new
incoming staff.
•
Helped manage employee benefits administration and
answered queries.
•
Developed an understanding of employment law, including
the incorporation of the law into HR practices and policies.
•
Implemented a new onboarding process for Council.
