HOW CAN WE REDUCE THESE RISKS?
One of the main ways we reduce these risks is to ensure that our cleaners have a trolley system that allows them to use a separate mop or cloth, moistened correctly for each area they are cleaning.
Used mops and cloths are stored in a separate area, consumables are stored in a separate area and chemicals are stored under lock and key.
We need a trolley system that holds enough cloths and mops to enable the cleaner to use a separate clean cloth and mop for each area.
