Minerva Energia – created to manage the ex- posure of Minerva’s facilities in the Brazilian electricity market, including monitoring their power consumption, balancing out their long/ short positions and managing their power pur- chase agreements in the regulated and dereg- ulated power markets. It offers its commercial partners creative, structured and customized products for reducing energy consumption.

Companhia Sul Americana de Pecuária (CSAP) – Dedicated to the production and sell- ing of cattle in diverse systems and categories, developing partnerships with customers and suppliers under the strictest regulatory criteria.
Intermeat – Trading based in Brazil, with of- fices in Paraguay and Uruguay. It sells, imports, and exports frozen meat, refrigerated and/or in- dustrialized livestock protein products, such as beef, poultry, pork, mutton, and others, to coun- tries on every continent.
