This year’s theme for Book Week was ‘Dreaming with eyes open.’ Harvest’s staff did an incredible job turning the library into an amazing wonderland. Students enjoyed the many activities during the week, including the amazing Book Week Parade. The hard work of parents teachers and students was put on display, and the parade was a spectacle of creativity, colour and lots of fun. We were also entertained by the Primary Choir and a special Auslan reading of the book ‘Koalas on a Bus’. The teachers also made the most of the event and paraded their costumes. Prizes were awarded for best costumes, and coffee was served to parents afterwards whilst the students enjoyed special treats.
