National Suicide Prevention Hotline – now 988 from any phone

Effective July 16th the National Suicide Prevention Hotline implemented a new number to
call or text from any phone for immediate help. If you or someone you know is in danger of
harming themselves or others, call.

This is toll-free from any phone, or text enabled phone. (800) 273-TALK or (800) 273-8255 is
still available for voice only. Resources available at www.suicidepreventionlifeline.com.

New Commentary: Investigative Facts
Investigations are not about a single fact, a single source, a single report, or a single
photograph. One may be important, however, it is the empirical information of multiple
facts, sources, reports, and photographs – clusters – which are the investigations.

The facts in a scenario may not change. How they are investigated and interpreted may.
Additional facts may be presented from further independent investigation. These may
provide new perception and perspective in developing the defense theory. How this plays
out should be based solely on the facts – not only perspective, not only perception –
empirically in support of each other.

Family Fun Day
Rain didn’t stop us from some mini-golf time!

It was time for another Family Fun Day before all the grandkids
nd
start school again (earlier every year – now 2 week in August).

This time two major storms kept us inside the funplex, but at the
end of the day we decided a third one was not going to stop the
fun of mini-golf!
(Jacee is 13 and Lincoln is 6; Cash and Gage are 13!)
