mother, in either the form that we favor or formless, to soothe and comfort us.
Love is my form, Truth is my breath,
Bliss is my food. My life is my message, Expansion is my life. No reason for Love, No season for Love, No birth, No death. (SSB)
Like a loving mother, Sai Baba has brought sanctity and joy to our family life, and for this gi we offer tears of gratitude. The family is the first school of life, and the strength of the family is built upon purity, sacrifice, and devotion. When parents express love, then children also become loving.
Sai Baba transports us to a realm he has called “the broad green region of love.” This love inspires us to reach for our own divinity. How ever did I gain the grace to be part of his glorious advent? Thank you, thank you, my dearest beloved Baba, for this precious gi.
“How can we find the words to thank You for your goodness, and how can words alone be fiing thanks? And so we make this pledge: We will thank You with our lives; we will offer to You the work of our hands. Fill then our hearts, our lives, our work, with a constant love for You, God of the universe, Creator of all life, Lord of all beings. Then shall our souls rejoice and sing, ‘You have turned my grief into dancing, released me from my anguish, and surrounded me with gladness. O Lord my God, I
shall give thanks to You forever!’”
