Susan and Howard Shaw
Agency Owners
Susan and Howard purchased the family agency in 2000, and their Christian beliefs are reflected in the way they run their business. Howard and Susan are members of North Park Baptist Church and love to travel and spend time with their children. Susan manages the Marketing and Personal Lines Department at the agency. While her other half, Howard, manages the Commercial Lines Department and the accounting side of the Agency.
Aaron Carter
Personal Lines Agent
Aaron has been working in insurance since 2015! He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three kids. When he is not at the office, he enjoys reading, taking nature walks, and spending time with his wife.
Jennifer Waganer
Personal Lines Agent
Jenn has been in the insurance industry since 2014 and working with us since 2015! Originally from Tennessee, this Personal Lines agent can always be found with a Sonic Dr. Pepper at her desk. She stays busy at home with her daughter who’s in the L.D. Bell Marching Band. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, reading, or hanging out with friends.
Andrea Beller
Commercial Account Manager
Andrea has been working in insurance for over 12 years! She is “Nonnie” to her granddaughter, Mila, who keeps her busy outside of work. Her and her family live in Grapevine and spend time together. They especially enjoy gardening. Andrea is also a fan of turtles and even collects them!
