Just got a Cheerio stuck between my toes while walking through the kitchen. Clearly my dog isn’t doing his part of the chores around here.

COOK HOUSE — Straight from Mo’s Kitchen —
Japanese Chicken
Prep:
3 lbs Chicken Wings/ Thighs/ Drumsticks/etc.
1 egg beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup oil
Sauce:
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 cup white sugar
1⁄2 cup white vinegar 1⁄2 tsp salt
Dip chicken in slightly beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in oil until
deep brown and crisp. Put into a shallow roasting pan/ baking dish and pour the sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for one half hour and spoon sauce over chicken while cooking. Turn chicken over and spoon more sauce over and continue to cook for another half hour. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion or parsley. Great with rice.
*** NOTE: I prefer to use drumsticks rather then wings.
