Coconut Creams
What you Need:
•1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 1 1/2 cups cold milk (1%)
• 1 tsp. coconut extract
• 4 tsp. graham crumbs
• 1 cup thawed Cool Whip light • 4 tsp. flaked Coconut, toasted
(toast in small frying pan)
Make it!
1. Beat pudding mix, milk and extract with whisk 2 min.
2. Spoon graham crumbs into 4 small glasses or bowls (standard size wine glasses); cover with a layer of pud- ding and thawed Cool Whip.
3. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with toasted coconut.
